The purpose of this organization shall be to stimulate the commoninterest, ensure the civil liberties and/or improve the quality of lifefor all Latinos. These shall be achieved by the enhancement ofLatino students through utilization of social, communicational,political, legal and cultural programs, activities and relationshipswhenever necessary to achieve those conditions. This organizationmust place its priority on the enhancement of the student member.
